2. Types of data processed

Through the voiceofcustomer.it website the following may be processed:

• Navigation data: technical data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols (e.g. IP addresses, browser type, device parameters), processed in aggregate form for statistical and security purposes.
• Data provided voluntarily: contact details (name, email, company, phone, message) provided by filling in the contact / demo request forms or writing to the addresses indicated.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to requests for information and demos — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Legal obligations and administrative/accounting management — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Security, operation and improvement of the website — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Any marketing communications/newsletter — legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.

4. Processing methods and retention

Data is processed with IT and electronic tools, adopting security measures adequate to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and in compliance with legal terms.

5. Disclosure of data

Data may be processed by authorised personnel and by external parties appointed as data processors (e.g. IT, hosting and email-marketing providers). Data is not disclosed publicly. Where some providers operate outside the EU, transfers take place in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

6. Rights of the data subject

The data subject may at any time exercise the rights under Art. 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to info@mebius.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
